This program is for anyone 16+ who wants to have fun, be a mermaid/merman, and get a great workout in the process! Classes will consist of water aerobic type moves while keeping your feet and legs together, as well as some basic synchro mermaid moves that work on arm, core, and back strength. There will be monofins available if requested, but feel free to use your own if you have one, or come as you are - no monofin is required for this class. The class will be held in the dive tank, and basic swim ability is required as you will not be able to touch the bottom.
NOTE: A minimum of 3 participants are necessary to run the program.
